This is brand-new without tags never worn. It’s a lovely cargo full length skirt. Has the cargo pocket and nice beige brown buttons.. it’s a 16 but it seems like a small 16 more like probably a 14. Moving on items in my cupboard that I haven’t worn.. Fabric: 100% Cotton
